What can Neon Concierge help me with?

Any and all things Neon. The Concierge team is dedicated to the success of each Neon User. From Neon Insights to Neon Metals, the Neon Concierge team is the focal point and is responsible for providing the best client experience possible.

How do I change my password?

1. Please visit https://app.neon.markets/ and select “Forgot Password?”
2. Enter your email address and click on 'Send recovery link'
3. Check your email for instructions on how to reset and follow the link in your email
4. You will be asked to enter and confirm your new password. Note: Your password must be: At least 8 characters in length, contain at least 3 of the following 4 types of characters: lower case (a-z), upper case (A-Z), numbers (0-9), special characters (!@#$%^&*)
5. Click 'Update password' to submit your password
6. You can now login with your new credentials

How do I change my personal details?

Sign into the platform, navigate to your profile in the top-right corner of the screen. Once there, select “Manage Account.” The page you land on will allow for you to make any necessary changes to ensure your account is safe and up to date.

How can I create a trading login?

To create a trading login, you first must have a Neon account. All Neon products leverage Single-Sign On, and as a result, you only need one set of login credentials. for the entire product suite. Once you are registered in Neon, please email Neon@marex.com to be configured for Neon Trader.

Neon Trader - I tried to change an account on my trade and I can’t see it?

Check all your outstanding and completed requests in the Neon Support Center which can be found at the top-left of the Dashboard. If you do not see the account change request, please email Neon@marex.com to ensure you have the appropriate access.

Neon Trader - How do I add additional exchanges to my trading account?

Adding additional market data is easy. Please email Neon@marex.com with a request to add a particular exchange(s). For a full list of available exchanges, please visit: https://www.cqg.com/partners/exchanges/monthly-fees

Neon Trader - How can I increase my limits?

The Neon team is pleased to announce that risk-limit changes are coming soon to support center. This means that as a Neon user, you will be able to manage risk-limit requests across all of your accounts and products from with Neon itself. In the interim, please reach out to Neon@marex.com for the limit increase requests.

Neon Trader - I have traded and don’t see my trade in Portfolio?

Currently, trades are processed in near real-time, meaning Neon Portfolio may take several minutes to update at most. That said, if the trade is still not posted to your account, please reach out to Neon Concierge at Neon@marex.com.

Neon Portfolio - Where do I see my portfolio risk?

Portfolio risk information can be found in Neon Portfolio under the Balances tab.

Do I have to be a Marex client to subscribe to Neon Insights?

Neon Insights is accessible to non-Marex clients. Non-Marex clients can access free articles through Neon Insights, as well as buying premium access to various premium channels using their business credit/debit card. For alternative payment methods, please email Neon@marex.com.

What asset classes can I view in Neon Portfolio?

Currently, Neon Portfolio only clears listed products.

Does Neon Portfolio have real time risk?

As of April 2023, users will be able to access real-time risk via Neon Portfolio.

Can Neon Portfolio integrate with Microsoft Excel?

You can export your data from Portfolio into an Excel document. Once logged into Portfolio, navigate to the Portfolio tab, you can select the “Export data” button to download Positions to an Excel file.

What is Neon Metals?

Neon Metals provides access to Marex's proprietary liquidity across the curve. Metals is a comprehensive solution allowing the user to see their live position, transactions, request quotes for outright, spreads, and adjustment orders.

Can I trade non-dollar denominated contracts in Neon Metals?

No, we are always keen to hear about new features our clients are interested in please follow this link to our feedback form.

What products are available in Neon Metals?

Currently, six base metals are available throughout the LME trading day (01:00 – 19:00 GMT): Nickel, Tin, Zinc, Copper, Aluminium and Lead. Furthermore, CME Aluminium and Copper global future contracts are now accessible (17:00 to 16:00 T+1 CST) via the Metals’ application within the suite. We are constantly working to add new products to Neon Metals.

Does Neon Metals trade options?

At present Neon Metals is geared toward futures only.
